• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately
• Monitor daily site activities, conduct quality control inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Manage procurement of materials, including glass, aluminum framing, seals, and related components, ensuring timely delivery
• Oversee budgeting processes related to labor, materials, and equipment costs; track expenses against project forecasts
• Supervise subcontractors and team members, providing guidance on work methods and safety procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections using tools like ohmmeters for electrical checks or other relevant testing equipment

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on glazing or related trades; supervisory experience required
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings specific to glazing systems
• Familiarity with contracts management and project scheduling techniques to ensure timely project delivery
• Hands‑on experience with construction site safety practices; OSHA certification preferred
• Ability to read technical schematics and use testing instruments such as ohmmeters effectively
• Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
