Superintendent, Construction

Description

Mazzuca is looking to add a Superintendent to their team due to several projects overlapping over the next few weeks. The role involves managing SCIF Room, Interiors and Healthcare projects including interior renovations and additions. Projects will include Urgent Care facilities, Labs, Healthcare Offices and Hospital settings.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all activity on site daily.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors.
• Create daily progress reports for the owner’s team and internal team.
• Coordinate material deliveries.
• Perform progress meetings with the client.
• Ensure safety on site.

• Subcontractor management
• Construction scheduling
• Blueprint reading
• Healthcare construction
• SCIF rooms
• Interior renovation
• Hospital construction

• Read and interpret construction drawings/blueprints.
• Manage multiple subcontractors.
• Manage multiple smaller renovation projects on same site.
• Facilitate relationships with client to help sell new business.
• Create delivery plan/scheduling of materials (incomplete detail).

Intermediate Level

Contract to Hire position based out of Annapolis Junction, MD.

Pay range: $80,000.00 - $ per year.
