HSE Coordinator - MICON Group, Inc.

In this role you will develop and execute comprehensive compliance programs tailored to each company, serve as a resource for compliance questions or concerns, promote a safe and healthy work environment, and audit the work of the HSE Coordinators using your construction and safety expertise.

Salary range: $93,000 - $128,000 annually.

• 5+ years of experience within a construction safety role
• 2+ years of experience with construction safety management
• OSHA 500 certification
• Frequent national travel (nearly 75%) and ability to commit to long‑term onsite projects
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Experience with the Army Corps of Engineers and/or municipal projects (desired)
• MSHA experience (desired)
