Support field crews on heavy-civil and highway construction projects with the day-to-day work that keeps the operation moving — flagging, hand work, material handling, traffic control, and helping operators and pipe layers do their jobs.
Responsibilities- Perform general construction labor: shoveling, raking, breaking, and hand-grading.
- Support pipe layers, masons, and operators with material handling and on-the-ground work.
- Set and maintain traffic control devices; flag traffic when assigned.
- Keep the work zone clean and organized.
- Operate small power tools (saws, compactors, generators) as trained.
- Support the foreman with miscellaneous tasks throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Able to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions.
- OSHA 10 (will train).
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Willing to learn and grow into operator, pipe layer, or specialty roles.
