The role focuses on leading on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget are managed to meet project objectives. The Superintendent will coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within scope.

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• B.S. in Construction Management or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations with a proven track record of compliance
• Ability to supervise field employees and subcontractors effectively
• Deep understanding of construction processes to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
