A growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to support both project execution and preconstruction efforts on site development and utility projects. This role is ideal for someone who can manage projects while also contributing to bidding and estimating.

• Manage site development and utility projects from preconstruction through completion
• Prepare estimates, perform takeoffs, and support bid submissions
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
• Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams to ensure efficient execution
• Track costs, change orders, and overall project performance
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Estimating, or both in heavy civil construction
• Strong background in sitework, grading, and underground utilities
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
• Experience with takeoffs, cost estimating, and project tracking
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
