Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team on job sites.### Duties
* Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
* Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
* Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
* Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.### Requirements
* Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
