The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager | Commercial Renovations to join the team in the Baltimore area. This role will play a key part in the firm's growth across the DMV market as they look to continue scaling off the back of an incredibly successful 2025.
Key responsibilities of the Project Manager | Commercial Renovations- Responsible for the complete execution of assigned construction projects, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives.
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and internal leadership to deliver successful outcomes from concept through completion.
- Oversee subcontractor quality, work sequencing, and coordination across all trades.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing commercial renovation projects for a general contractor in the local market.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, scheduling, procurement, and cost control.
- Extensive track record in the DMV construction industry.
- Flexibility for occasional travel depending on project location.
- Exposure to diverse high-impact projects across the DMV market.
