Senior Project Manager

Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a growing commercial construction contractor to identify an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout. • Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from award through completion.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and overall execution.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with estimating, operations, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project costs, change orders, billing, schedules, and overall financial performance.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, and industry partners.
• Identify opportunities for additional project work and business development.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Estimator within commercial construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and construction project management processes.
• Division 7 experience is a plus but not required.
