Facilities Director - Full Time

Join our dynamic team as a Facilities Director where you will play a crucial role in managing new build and renovation projects across our expanding portfolio of restaurant, retail, and hospitality venues. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead construction efforts in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each project aligns with our brand's quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Manage new build, renovation, and buildout projects from concept through completion.
- Coordinate efforts with general contractors, architects, and design consultants.
- Track budgets, cost analysis, and value engineering (VE) processes.
- Review and approve Requests for Information (RFIs), Architectural Supplemental Instructions (ASIs), field directives, and change orders.
- Oversee general contractor schedules and monitor construction progress on-site.
- Participate in punchlist and project turnover processes.
- Prepare project status updates and presentations for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and quality specifications.
- 5+ years of construction management experience, preferably in retail and/or hospitality new build projects (restaurants, retail, hotels, or entertainment venues).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and construction scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of construction codes, contracts, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and vendor/stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing competing project deadlines.
- Ability to travel regularly — primarily within East Coast markets, with some travel to the Midwest required.
