Sage Ventures is seeking an MEP Superintendent to lead field operations for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on our Baltimore projects. You will ensure installations meet drawings, specs, and safety standards while coordinating subcontractors and reporting to the Project Manager.
Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in MEP construction, deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, and proven leadership. BIM coordination and scheduling software familiarity is a plus.
