Construction Superintendent – Baltimore, MD

POSITION: Construction Superintendent LOCATION: Baltimore, MD Metro Area (100% Onsite)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time COMPENSATION: $85,000 — $90,000 Base + Discretionary Bonus + Vehicle Allowance/Truck ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client—a premier, minority-owned Commercial General Contractor in the Mid-Atlantic region—is seeking an active, boots-on-the-ground Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial and institutional projects ($5M–$10M range) across the Greater Baltimore area.

• Field Execution: Drive daily job site operations, coordinate multi-trade subcontractors, and ensure project momentum and safety compliance.
• Quality & Inspections: Execute quality control plans and coordinate job site inspections with local Baltimore-area authorities.
• Digital Management: Generate daily logs in Procore and actively manage/mark up drawing sets using Bluebeam

• Site Leadership: Serve as the primary onsite operational lead, resolving field bottlenecks proactively and maintaining trade alignment.

• 3–5 years of hands-on construction field experience (General Contractor or specialized trades such as electrical or drywall).
• Active OSHA certification (or ability to renew a lapsed certification within 60 days).
• High proficiency in Bluebeam (must be able to mark up, navigate, and manage drawings independently) and familiarity with Procore

• Strong track record of daily reliability and early-morning site availability (7:00 AM start times
  ).
• Must live within a reasonable commute of the Baltimore, MD area.

• Prior experience on K-12, higher education, government, or science/laboratory facilities.
• Bilingual skills (English / Spanish).

• Base Salary: $85,000 — $90,000 per year (DOE)
• Performance Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus based on project/individual performance
