Site Development Project Manager - Baltimore, MD

A growing site development contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sitework, earthwork, grading, and underground utilities
.

• Manage site development projects from start to finish
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams
• Track project costs, change orders, and overall performance
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Interface with clients, inspectors, engineers, and project stakeholders

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, APM, or Superintendent in civil construction
• Strong background in site development, grading, earthwork, and utilities
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience with construction management software preferred
