Project Manager, Procurement ​/ Purchasing, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

This role owns the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from initial bid through final closeout. Key areas of responsibility include:

Bidding & Estimating: Analyze architectural drawings, conduct material takeoffs, gather vendor quotes, and put together proposals for prospective contracts.

Contract Administration
:
Interpret scope and specifications, assemble submittal packages, and monitor them through approval.

Design Coordination: Evaluate fabrication drawings against architectural intent, draft RFIs to resolve open questions, and integrate resulting design changes.

Purchasing
:
Draft RFPs, assess vendor pricing, and finalize purchase orders.

Field Execution

• Build and maintain project schedules, daily logs, and photo documentation
• Represent the project at site meetings, take field measurements, and partner with superintendents to uphold quality standards
• Drive punch list resolution and compile closeout packages and warranty documentation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial glazing
• A proactive, adaptable self-starter eager to grow their construction industry expertise
