Under Armour is looking for a Creative Lead to shape our brand by crafting compelling concepts and creative executions that disrupt sports culture within the Americas Region. This role collaborates with art directors, producers, copywriters, and marketers to deliver powerful work across brand campaigns, social series, and product launches. You will translate creative briefs into impactful executions across multiple platforms to inspire and inform the next generation of athletes.

• 5 years of relevant experience
• Commitment to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced, consumer-obsessed, test-and-learn environment
• Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent leadership, organization, and collaboration skills
• Microsoft Office and Mac platform proficiency
• Strong fundamental design skills as well as demonstrated creative capabilities
• Proven experience in taking creative ideas from concept through execution
• Strong story development and conceptual creative skills
• A deep understanding of sports culture
• Strong understanding of modern marketing mediums and the nuances of channel and platform specific content
• Willingness to go the extra mile to get the work done and meet commitments made to others (reliability and accountability)
• Ability to think strategically, manage many tasks at once, and deliver high-quality output every time, on time

• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
• Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.
• Travel: Occasional

$87,364.60-$USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
