As a Senior Graphic Designer at Warschawski, you are a talented and driven professional who is comfortable designing for digital, print, and web to solve problems and push the boundaries of design.
You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of a project—from the initial concept and ideation to final delivery to the client. We move very quickly; the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines is a must. We expect you to strongly contribute to creating thrilling visuals and the full execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, print and other advertising materials.
The successful candidate must possess strong technical development, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and must exhibit exceptional follow-through and attention to detail. You must be self-motivated and have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to go above and beyond to deliver outstanding results. Prior agency experience is a plus.
Responsibilities- Strategic Visuals: Analyze assigned tasks and create visuals that reinforces the client’s brand and drives engagement.
- Full-Spectrum Design: Execute projects including logo and identity pieces, print, digital advertising, social content, and front-end web design.
- Collaboration: Participate in creative critiques and modify work to incorporate internal and external feedback.
- Mentorship: Provide constructive feedback and creative direction to junior/mid-level designers to elevate the team's collective output.
- The "Generalist" Mindset: Like everyone else on our team, you should be a great generalist who likes to wear many hats and is eager to learn new things while staying on top of current industry trends.
- Experience: 4–8 years of experience (Agency background is a massive plus).
- Education: Degree in Design or a related field.
- The Tech Stack: Master-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; comfort with Word Press, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- The "Generalist Plus": You’re someone who can do it all but excels at solving high-level creative puzzles.
- Pace: You thrive in a fast-moving environment and can juggle multiple high-priority projects with ease.
- Photography & Art Direction.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles for digital products.
- Awareness of emerging design technologies (AI tools, etc.).
