Within the intercommunal music school of the Community of Communes of the Pays d'Arnay Liernais, the agent provides musical awakening interventions for young children. The classes are organized for approximately 4.5 hours weekly, with variable schedules according to the needs of the establishment and enrollments. The teacher contributes to the discovery of music among children, promoting listening, artistic sensitivity, and bodily and sound expression, within a pedagogical framework adapted to young audiences.
MainMissions
Provide musical awakening teaching for children (usually kindergarten and early primary). Develop the discovery of sounds, rhythm, voice, and instruments. Participate in the artistic and cultural awakening of students. Contribute to the pedagogical project of the music school.
ActivitiesDesign and conduct musical awakening sessions adapted to the age of the children. Use playful pedagogical approaches (songs, rhythmic games, music listening, bodily movements). Encourage participation, creativity, and individual and collective expression. Prepare pedagogical contents in line with the music school's project. Evaluate students' progress in a supportive and adapted manner. Participate in pedagogical meetings and the life of the establishment.
Contribute, if necessary, to artistic projects or auditions of the music school.
Music, musical awakening, or artistic education training (conservatory, DUMI preferred or equivalent). Desired experience in musical teaching for young children. Good mastery of animation and musical pedagogy techniques. Ability to adapt teaching to beginners and very young audiences. Relational qualities: patience, listening, creativity, and sense of pedagogy. Ability to work in a team and integrate into a collective pedagogical project. Organizational skills and autonomy in preparing sessions.
Dynamism and ability to arouse interest and participation of children.
