We are seeking a dynamic and experienced News Anchor to join the founding team of LN24 USA. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD. As a News Anchor, you'll be responsible for reporting, scripting, and delivering broadcast-quality news content that inspires, informs, and mobilizes audiences worldwide.

You'll collaborate with a growing broadcast journalism team and work closely with producers and field reporters to deliver sharp, impactful newscasts. The ideal candidate is as comfortable behind the desk as they are in the field — passionate about people, driven by purpose, and excellent under pressure.

• Deliver live and recorded news segments with clarity, confidence, and editorial integrity
• Research, pitch, and develop news stories with a global and US-relevant focus
• Write and edit scripts for daily broadcasts and special reports
• Interview guests and coordinate with field reporters
• Represent LN24 USA with professionalism in live and digital settings

• 2–5 years of proven experience in broadcast journalism, with strong on-air anchoring and reporting credentials
• A clear, engaging, and confident on-camera presence with a verifiable reel
• Strong scriptwriting and editorial judgment
• Highly organized and deadline-driven
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Baltimore / Washington DC metro area
