The ideal candidate is a senior motion designer with strong illustration skills who can translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories across digital platforms, campaigns, and live experiences. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, taking creative concepts from inception through production.
Note:
This is a contractor position, with the opportunity to be reevaluated for full-time if the right candidate is based in the DMV area, and there is business need.
- Create original illustrations, storyboards, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns
- Develop animated content, visual systems, and graphics across digital and social media platforms
- Work cross-functionally with designers, art directors, strategists, and video producers
- 5+ years of experience in motion design, illustration, animation, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and strong illustration skills
- Strong design fundamentals, including typography, composition, and visual storytelling
- Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
