Lifestyle Curator

CSP is partnering with a premier developer in the Mid-Atlantic on their search for an experienced Lifestyle Curator to be the face of an ultra-luxury residential community in Baltimore. This is a highly visible, hospitality-driven leadership role responsible for shaping the daily experience, programming, and service culture of a flagship residential property. While the internal title is Lifestyle Curator
, this role functions as the head of resident experience and concierge operations for the community.

• Manage and oversee the front desk concierge team
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, maintaining detailed profiles of preferences and needs
• Oversee the planning and execution of community events and engagement initiatives
• Respond to resident inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and personalized solutions
• Drive revenue-generating lifestyle initiatives and special services
• Support property tours and leasing by showcasing the community’s lifestyle and amenities
• Step in to cover shifts as needed, maintaining a consistent standard of service

• Customer service experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residential communities, or fine dining
• Direct experience engaging with high-profile or VIP clientele
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• A natural ability to anticipate needs and build lasting relationships
• Excellent communication, organization, and judgment
