Job Title: Box Office Ticket Resolution Team Member
Location: Baltimore, MD
Type: Seasonal, Part-time
Position OverviewThe Box Office Ticket Resolution Team plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable game day experience for our fans. Team members assist guests with ticket-related issues using iPads on game days, providing efficient, friendly, and effective problem resolution. This role requires strong customer service skills, adaptability, and a solid understanding of the stadium’s seating layout, ticket offers, and pricing.
Team members will work closely with fellow staff to ensure all guests are able to access their tickets and enjoy the game.
- Resolve ticket-related issues quickly and professionally using iPads and the Pro Venue/ ticketing system
- Provide a positive, smooth problem‑solving experience for all fans
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the ballpark seating layout, ticket offers, and pricing
- Communicate clearly and courteously with guests and other team members
- Remain calm and effective when handling issues under pressure
- Follow written and verbal instructions related to ticketing procedures and safety protocols
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and fan‑friendly demeanor
- Strong customer service focus; treats all guests with respect and courtesy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- iPad and computer proficiency
- Experience with mobile ticketing platforms and related apps
- Ability to problem‑solve effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Flexible and willing to learn all aspects of the role
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and ticketing notes
- Must be able to work 65 or more Orioles games during the 2026 season
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is essential, as many high‑attendance events occur on weekends

The hourly rate for this role is $15.50 per hour.
