Build your career at Ram Supply as a Client Success Executive supporting our client service team for our client base in Maryland, Northern VA, and D.C. markets.
This is a full-time position located at our Baltimore City location. This is not a remote or hybrid role. Our hours of operation are 9:30 am until 6:30 pm Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend work may be needed.
You will also assist a client service team with many responsibilities. This position is for you if you’re a customer-oriented candidate with a ‘can do’ attitude. Our ideal candidate is driven to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience, and is bi-lingual in Spanish
.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an office environment, experience in a restaurant or janitorial space, or relevant experience handling 20+ business-to-business accounts per week. Candidates must excel at collaboration, teamwork, and self-starting. Independence, exceptional organizational skills, time management, follow-up, follow-through, written communication, and an understanding of the sales process are necessary. Future growth opportunities include transitioning to our sales team.
Responsibilities- Manage accounts receivable and the billing process
- Assists clients in placing text, phone, email, and online orders
- Assisting the office team with quotes, returns, pricing, and onboarding new clients
- Backs up members of the internal office team for vacations and sickness
- Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients, and directing them to the relevant staff
- Assists Account Managers with their respective clients
- Creation and implementation of internal procedures to assist the office team in operating more effectively and efficiently
Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience, and 50% company-paid health insurance following 60 days of employment.
Qualifications- Proven work experience in an office environment
- Account Management experience with expertise in handling 20 or more accounts weekly
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High School Degree required. College coursework or an associate degree preferred, which may be substituted with 2-4 years of experience in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong focus on the quality of work and the ability to self-check work for accuracy
- Adhere to deadlines all the while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and character
- Multi-lingual (Spanish) Must be proficient in speaking Spanish and English
- Restaurant Management or restaurant experience
- Business-to-business sales experience
- Prior use of a CRM (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Sage)
- Multi-lingual (Spanish) Must be proficient in speaking Spanish and English
