Part-Time Front Desk Associates

Location:

Coppermine Harbor East

Schedule:

5am-10am and 10am-2pm

Are you a people‑person with a passion for health and fitness? We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Front Desk Supervisor to join our team on a part‑time basis.

• Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Supervise front desk staff and ensure smooth shift operations
• Handle member check‑ins, inquiries, and membership sign‑ups
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and lobby area
• Monitor and resolve customer service issues promptly
• Assist in opening or closing procedures as needed

• Previous experience in a customer service or supervisory role (fitness industry a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be available to work nights and/or weekends
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
