Respond to Residence owners and guests requests by making arrangements or identifying providers;
Gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities;
Announce visitors and implement access controls within the key track system;
Answer, record, and process calls, messages, and requests; coordinate with engineers, bellperson, and housekeeping to resolve issues;
