We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, providing product and service information, resolving concerns, and creating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service through professional, friendly, and timely interactions
- Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a positive and efficient manner
- Build rapport with customers and maintain strong relationships through exceptional service
- Educate customers on available products, services, and current promotions
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that best meet their goals
