Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, providing product and service information, resolving concerns, and creating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service through professional, friendly, and timely interactions
  • Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, policies, and procedures

  • Build rapport with customers and maintain strong relationships through exceptional service

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account information
