Parking Services Attendant | Part-Time | CFG Bank Arena Parking

Position Summary

As a Parking Services Attendant, you will be responsible for directing traffic, assisting guests with any issues that may arise, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests and employees within parking areas.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00 to $17.00.

This position will remain open until September 11, 2026.

• Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering world‑class service.
• Monitor the parking garage for safety and security of guests, employees, and vehicles.
• Provide guests with directions and other venue information.
• Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces.
• Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts.
• Assist daily and monthly parkers with any issues that may arise on‑site.

• Prior parking experience strongly preferred.
• Customer service abilities are a must.
• Must be polite and friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills, as this position has extensive guest and employee contact.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.
• Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
