Store Customer Service Rep
Role focused on delivering quality customer service in a Domino's store setting. The CSR greets customers, takes orders, maintains store standards, and supports team objectives.
What You'll Do- Greet customers in person and over the phone with a friendly, positive attitude
- Take accurate food orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Prepare food while maintaining Domino's quality and food safety standards
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
- Handle customer concerns with care and professionalism
- Support the team by helping out where needed
- Must be 16 years or older (18+ may be required for specific tasks or shifts)
- Great communication and people skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
