MTM Transit in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle inbound calls via an ACD system, scheduling non-emergent transportation and related trip details. This in-office role is Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm ET at 4201 Patterson Ave, with one weekend day per month.
You will complete extensive training, verify eligibility, and coordinate transportation while maintaining confidentiality.
