Customer Service Representative

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to be a part of our team in the energy and natural resources industry, located in Middle River, Maryland. This role will require you to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and handling any inquiries they may have.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing accurate information and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Utilize various computer systems and applications to gather necessary information efficiently
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintain a customer-focused approach and demonstrate empathy while addressing customer concerns
• Accurately document customer interactions and update customer accounts in the system
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies
• Meet performance metrics and quality standards set by the company
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls with a positive attitude
• Assist customers by providing product information and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Process customer applications and maintain accurate customer records.
