Job Title: Full-Time Oral Surgeon
Location: Maryland Market (supporting Columbia, Annapolis, and Captial Hill offices)

These practices are collectively referring out over $4 million in oral surgery production annually, offering a rare opportunity to step into immediate demand, strong surgical volume, and a full schedule from day one.

This role is ideal for an Oral Surgeon seeking long-term stability, clinical autonomy, and the earning power that comes with a guaranteed base salary and established referral flow.

The Role

Provide oral and maxillofacial surgical specialty care across multiple offices

Examine, diagnose, and treat a wide spectrum of oral and maxillofacial conditions

Perform procedures including dental implants, third molar removal, and related surgical treatments

Develop and present treatment plans based on clinical examinations and diagnostic imaging

Educate patients on procedures, treatment options, and post-operative care

Collaborate closely with referring dentists and in-office clinical teams

Maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and surgical excellence

Remain current with evolving technologies and standards of care through continuing education

Qualifications
  • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Certificate for an accredited US Oral Surgery Residency Program
  • Active dental license in the state of practice
