Dental Hygienist – Flexible Schedule
We’re looking for a skilled and caring Dental Hygienist who’s ready to enjoy their work as much as their patients enjoy their clean teeth. Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time hours, we’re flexible!
Here’s what sets us apart:
We’re fully digital, recently renovated, and all about creating an exceptional patient experience. No rushed appointments here—plus, we don’t do bloody prophies, ensuring a professional and thorough hygiene practice.
Join a practice where hygiene is respected, supported, and set up to thrive.
At Hamilton Family Dentistry, we’re looking for a skilled, confident, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist who wants to enjoy their work—and be part of a team that values excellence, growth, and a great patient experience.
We offer flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time) – we are open from 8‑5 Monday‑Thursday but can be flexible with your hours.
What Makes Us Different- 1‑hour recall appointments (no rushed, chaotic schedules)
- Fully digital, modern, recently renovated office
- Strong doctor + hygiene collaboration (you are part of diagnosis, not just cleaning)
- No “bloody prophies” – we practice comprehensive, appropriate care
- Supportive, upbeat team culture (no drama, high standards)
- We can pay an hourly rate or based on production!
We are building a high‑level adult‑focused practice (implants, cosmetic, comprehensive care)—and hygiene plays a major role in that.
What You’ll Do:- Perform detailed, patient‑centered dental cleanings and assessments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care in a way that resonates.
- Assist the dentist during procedures using four‑handed techniques (we’ve got a collaborative vibe).
- Take and record vital signs to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace.
- Collaborate with a supportive team that values great care and efficiency.
- A valid Dental Hygienist license in accordance with state regulations.
- Proficiency in Open Dental or similar dental software (or a willingness to learn quickly).
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and hygiene procedures.
- A passion for patient care and attention to detail.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ready to Join Us? If you’re a licensed Dental Hygienist looking to work in a practice where you’ll feel appreciated and empowered, we’d love to meet you. Apply today and help us create healthier, happier smiles—one patient at a time!
