Role Description we have a client looking for an Associate Dentist who can provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative and preventive procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing dental treatments such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and basic endodontic care, as well as educating patients on oral hygiene and long-term care. The Associate Dentist will collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth patient experience, maintain accurate records, and follow clinical protocols and safety standards.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD, requiring consistent chairside care and regular patient interaction throughout the work week.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) in the state of Maryland, or eligibility for Maryland licensure.
  • Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including examinations, diagnosis, restorative care, extractions, and basic endodontic treatments.
  • Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team, including hygienists, assistants, and front office staff, while maintaining professional conduct.
  • Commitment to infection control standards, OSHA and HIPAA compliance, and adherence to evidence-based clinical protocols.
  • Interest in ongoing professional development, continuing education, and staying current with advances in dental technology and techniques.
  • Experience in a private practice or community dental setting is preferred, but recent graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
