Dentist – DDS ​/ DMD

We are seeking a Lead Dentist / Managing Clinical Director to lead a patient-centric dental team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical care and maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.

• Conducting comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnosing dental conditions
• Offering treatment planning options and discussing them with patients
• Providing high-quality clinical treatments efficiently
• Mentoring and coaching dental professionals and new dentists
• Leading a team that respects clinical judgment and fosters collaboration
• Maintaining awareness of budget and working with the operations team to meet financial goals
• Staying updated on advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development
• Networking with professional groups and representing the practice in the community

Qualifications include a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
