What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services including scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and preventive care
- Conduct thorough patient assessments (medical history review, vital signs, periodontal evaluations)
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, preventive strategies, and treatment recommendations
- Take and interpret dental radiographs while maintaining strict infection control protocols
- Document accurately in EHR systems (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar platforms)
- Support efficient workflow through strong teamwork and four-handed dentistry
- Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to provide comprehensive, compassionate care
- Assist chairside when needed to maintain smooth patient flow
What We’re Looking For
- Active state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry (pediatric experience is a plus!)
- Excellent communication skills — warm, confident, and educational
- Knowledge of anatomy, infection control, and sterilization protocols
- Comfort with EMR systems and accurate clinical documentation
- A team player mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Someone who genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with patients
