Compensation:- Target Compensation: $35.00 per hour.
- Approximately $72,800 annually based on a 40-hour workweek.
- Compensation flexibility available for exceptional candidates based on experience.
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager to join a busy and established dental practice in East Baltimore, Maryland.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who can take immediate ownership of treatment coordination, scheduling, patient financial conversations, and administrative follow-through while developing into a broader practice management role.
The practice is specifically looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and takes responsibility for making sure it happens. The right candidate will help create a more efficient schedule, improve patient follow-through, collect necessary deposits, clearly explain insurance benefits, and reduce the administrative burden currently being carried by practice leadership.
We are open to both experienced dental professionals who are already operating at a high level and high-potential candidates who have the drive and aptitude to grow into a larger management position.
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is required for this opportunity. About the Practice & Community:This is a busy, established dental practice serving a diverse patient population in East Baltimore and the surrounding Baltimore communities. The office has historically generated more than $4 million in annual revenue and is continuing to rebuild production following the departure of an associate provider.
Approximately 50% of the practice's patient population is Medicaid, making strong knowledge of patient benefits, scheduling, financial communication, and administrative follow-through particularly valuable.
The practice uses the traditional desktop version of Dentrix and is looking for someone who can bring greater organization, accountability, and consistency to the administrative side of the business.

Key Responsibilities . Treatment Coordination & PatientExperience:
- Guide patients through recommended treatment plans from presentation through scheduling and completion.
- Clearly explain treatment recommendations, insurance benefits, estimated patient responsibilities, and payment expectations.
- Collect required deposits and financial commitments before treatment.
- Follow up consistently on unscheduled and incomplete treatment.
- Help patients understand their next steps and remove administrative barriers to receiving care.
- Deliver a warm, professional, and patient-centered experience in both English and Spanish.
- Take ownership of provider and hygiene schedules.
- Maintain productive schedules while creating a positive experience for patients and clinical teams.
- Identify and proactively address gaps, cancellations, and scheduling inefficiencies.
- Ensure appropriate appointment sequencing and treatment follow-through.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members.
