Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and hands-on Construction Foreman / Lead Fabricator with strong commercial construction experience. If you have a sharp eye for detail, excel in managing high-end interior projects, and enjoy turning design visions into reality, we want you on our team. In this role, you'll lead on-site teams, coordinate with designers and contractors, and ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on-site teams to execute high-end commercial interior projects, including retail, restaurants, offices, and mixed-use spaces
- Work closely with designers, general contractors, and internal teams to translate design intent into buildable results
- Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, materials, and timelines
- Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and custom fabrication details accurately
- Ensure safety protocols, cleanliness, and high site standards are consistently met
- Solve field challenges and communicate updates to project stakeholders
- Oversee the installation of custom-fabricated components including wood, metal, and hybrid features
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior construction methods, finishes, and sequencing
- Experience with custom fabrication or architectural millwork is a major plus
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical shop drawings
- A calm and focused leader with the ability to coordinate crews and juggle multiple tasks while maintaining quality
- Comfortable working with tools, field equipment, and hands-on tasks when necessary
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
