I am a professional coach who really wants to see you live your biggest, bravest, boldest, best life and be all you were meant to be. I specialize in a few types of coaching which I believe is best because usually one aspect of your life affects others. For example, if you are working on finding a new job because you are unhappy at your old one, that creates stress, which may in turn create health and wellness issues, which may throw your life out of balance.

My background is as an artist, a nurse, a professor, a business owner, a lifelong student, a mother, a daughter, a science fiction fan, a lover of animals, a spiritual person, American but grew up overseas, and someone who has to work hard to stay healthy. My top strengths are Hope, Creativity, Curiosity, Gratitude, and Zest for Life. I especially love coaching because it helps me help you find out what matters most to you, what your strengths are and how you can use them in your life, what you are able to do and then help you use your courage to push a little farther, and to dream a little bigger and start moving towards those dreams.

Fees: from $80.00 USD to $250.00 USD

I offer a 15 minute complimentary consultation. If you decide to work with me, my fees are: $80 for 30 minute session, $150 for 1-hr session (50 minutes), $250 for executive coaching.
