Overview
The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine is recruiting an Electrophysiologist for its expanding Electrophysiology program. The EP service performs complex ablation of ventricular tachycardia and atrial arrhythmias, extractions, biventricular pacing, atrial appendage closures, and innovative device therapy. Candidates will expand clinical programs and provide patient care at the University of Maryland Medical Center and EP outpatient clinics.
FacultyAppointment
The position is a full‑time faculty appointment. Expected rank is Assistant Professor or higher; rank, tenure status and salary will be commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience.
Salary RangeAssistant Professors: $225,077 (min) – $553,590 (max). This range is base pay; additional compensation may be available through variable compensation programs and other benefits.
