School Psychologist - Baltimore, MD

This opportunity calls for a dedicated School Psychologist to support K-12 students across multiple schools in a scenic coastal location near the East Coast. The position offers a chance to work in a vibrant educational setting serving elementary, middle, and high school populations. The role is a full-time contract for the 2025-26 school year, with potential part-time considerations.



Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations including cognitive, social-emotional, behavioral, and adaptive assessments as needed.
• Develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Student Support Team (SST) meetings.
• Provide consultation and support services to students, though direct counseling services are currently limited.
• Manage caseload of students ranging from pre-kindergarten through age 21, ensuring tailored psychological services.

Preferred Qualifications And Experience

• Maryland School Psychologist license is required.
• Prior experience in school psychology preferred.
• Ability to work in-person across multiple school sites within the district.
• Strong skills in assessment, behavior management, and educational consultation.

Schedule and Location Details:

• Full-time with flexible scheduling options:
  Monday to Friday, 7:20 AM to 2:40 PM and/or 8:30 AM to 3:50 PM.
• Assignments rotate among three elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school.
• Located in the Rock Hall, MD area with potential travel to nearby East Coast communities, offering a unique beachside lifestyle near major cities.
