ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW

A Community School is a public school that acts as the hub of a neighborhood. Community Schools provide strategic support and area-specific services for students and families with the goal of eliminating barriers to learning and success. Educators, community organizations and families work together to provide students with strong academic, enrichment, health and social services, as well as opportunities to pursue their talents.

Southeast CDC partners with five Baltimore City Schools as the non-profit partner agency.
