ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Clinical Director of Critical Care and partnering with unit leadership and Clinical Education, the CVICU Nurse Educator designs orientation, validates competencies, delivers regulatory and safety education, advances unit and hospital quality initiatives, maintains education records, contributes to interviews and evaluations, and builds individualized learning plans.
Qualifications- BSN (MSN preferred)
- Over three years of relevant RN experience
- Expertise in staff development and adult learning
- Current Maryland RN license
