Responsibilities- Educate students, conduct research, and contribute to the advancement of community colleges.
- Take charge of the research arm of the Community College Leadership Program.
- Assist the program, students, and other faculty with research methodologies and practices.
- Provide academic counseling and mentorship while fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Pursue research projects, publish findings in academic journals, and contribute to the scholarly community focused on community colleges.
Minimum Qualifications
- PhD or EdD with specialization in quantitative, qualitative, and/or mixed‑methods research (preferred).
- Graduate‑level (Master’s and doctoral) teaching experience.
- Competence in guiding doctoral students’ research and dissertations.
- Scholarly publications.
- Online teaching experience (preferred).
- Exemplary writing skills.
- Strong commitment to working with an ethnically and culturally diverse student population.
- Ability to contribute to the mission of the School of Education and Urban Studies and the University.
