Springfield Catholic Schools System seeks a faith‑filled, self‑motivated, and engaging teacher to join our team. The teacher will cultivate students' spiritual formation, academic development, and interest in lifelong learning, preparing creative, rigorous, and captivating lessons. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep personal faith, strong interpersonal abilities, and in‑depth knowledge of the subject area.
- Supports and implements the philosophy of a Catholic education.
- Participates in building a faith community.
- Demonstrates evidence of prior planning and preparation.
- Uses effective teaching techniques and strategies during lessons.
- Demonstrates knowledge of curriculum and subject matter.
