Assistant Instructor – Summer Program

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and talented individuals to work as Assistant Instructors in our summer programs. This seasonal position runs for 4–10 weeks, starting in June, and involves working in the classroom with children aged 6–14.

• Lead and support classroom activities during the summer program
• Assist with the design, coding, and troubleshooting of technology projects (e.g., games, robotics, 3D modeling, digital arts)
• Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment for 6–14 year‑old students
• Collaborate with other instructors and school staff to plan and deliver curriculum
• Participate in required online training prior to the start of the season
• Work a minimum of 4 weeks, Monday through Friday, during the summer

• 18 years of age or older
• Located within driving distance of one of our partner regions and possess reliable transportation
• Experience with children in an educational setting preferred but not required
• Strong technology skills in coding, game creation, animation, robotics, video editing, digital arts, or related fields (Minecraft, Roblox, Lua, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Available to start online training in May, prior to the beginning of the summer program
• Authorized to work in the United States (no accommodations or work sponsorship will be offered)
• Must love working with kids and have excellent communication skills
• College students studying education, computer science, digital arts, or related fields are encouraged to apply
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn are essential
• Rate:
  Minimum Wage to $18 per hour
