Location:

Baltimore, MD (Candidates must be local or within a 2 hour radius for in-person interview). Work Mode: 5 days in the office.

Interview process: 1-2 video interviews for 45 minutes each and final interview is in-person.

• Decide how to teach it
• Create materials such as training modules, e-learning courses, presentations, videos, quizzes, and exercises

Years of experience: 5+ years' experience

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable digital learning solutions on regulatory required topics such as cybersecurity and technology procedures.
• Utilize internal tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Articulate AI Assistant.
• Partner with subject matter experts, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that the custom courses align with business and training goals.
• Develop course templates for future learning projects.
• Maintain and update learning assets and documentation within SharePoint and other internal knowledge platforms.

• Instructional design experience for online training.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Adobe Creative Suite as well as AI authoring tools.
• Understanding of Accessibility Standards (WCAG).
• Experience using collaboration and content management platforms such as SharePoint, Jive, and MS 365 tools.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical material into learner-friendly content.
• Ability to collaborate with senior SMEs to develop and refine learning solutions.

• Administrative and/or reporting experience with Cornerstone on Demand.
• Background in Cybersecurity, Technology, or Compliance training.
