Do you love caring for infants and helping them reach their earliest milestones? We're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and nurturing Infant Teacher to create a safe, loving, and engaging environment where our youngest learners can grow, explore, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Provide loving, responsive care while supporting infants' daily routines.
- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
- Foster infants' social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom.
- Build positive relationships with families and collaborate with your teaching team.
- Complete daily reports and required classroom documentation.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred).
- Minimum of one year of experience working with young children, 30 college credit hours, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must successfully complete a medical examination, drug screening, and background check.
- Must meet all Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and Office of Child Care (OCC) teacher qualification requirements.

- SIDS
- Medication Administration
- Pediatric First Aid & CPR
- CDA, Credential, or Preschool Qualification Evaluation (PQE), as required
- Passion for infant care and early childhood education.
- Patient, nurturing, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices.
