We are seeking compassionate and dependable Therapeutic Aides for Baltimore City Public Schools to support students with academic, behavioral, and personal care needs in a school setting. This role involves assisting students with classroom activities, behavior management, transitions, social interactions, and daily living skills while working closely with teachers and support staff.

• Support students academically and behaviorally throughout the school day.
• Assist with transitions, personal care, toileting, and feeding needs when required.
• Implement behavior support plans (FBA/BIP) under staff guidance.
• Monitor and redirect student behavior to promote a positive learning environment.
• Assist teachers with classroom organization, instruction, and data collection.
• Support student safety during school activities and transportation when needed.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and effective communication with school staff.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work with students with special needs and behavioral challenges.
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting, CPI training, and required onboarding training.
• Physically able to lift, assist, and, when necessary, safely restrain students according to approved procedures.
