Leader Breeders is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendee who will be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for young people participating in programs and activities. This role focuses on supervision, relationship‑building, and supporting youth development through structured and unstructured experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise youth in the lounge area to ensure safety and appropriate behavior at all times
- Build positive, respectful relationships with youth and serve as a role model
- Facilitate games, discussions, and activities that promote personal growth and leadership skills
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lounge environment
- Monitor attendance and report any incidents or concerns to supervisors
- Enforce program rules and guidelines in a fair and consistent manner
- Support special events, workshops, and group sessions as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff
