City of Baltimore is recruiting for a Fire Cadet program (12–18 months) designed for Baltimore City high school graduates aged 17 to 20. Cadets rotate through the Fire Department, receive mentorship, and participate in career prep workshops and Fire Academy readiness training.
Eligible candidates must be Baltimore City residents, pass a physical agility test, clear a background check, and obtain a Maryland driver’s license by program completion.
