Instructor – Client-Facing Systems Implementation Training Management Concepts Position Summary

Management Concepts is seeking experienced Instructors to support a large-scale enterprise technology implementation and training program for a Federal Government agency. Instructors will deliver instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training to designated agency trainers and end users supporting the implementation and adoption of an enterprise-wide acquisition systems solution.

The successful candidate must possess extensive experience delivering training during large-scale enterprise system implementations, including training both trainers and end users. Candidates must also have a strong professional background in Federal Government acquisition, procurement, and contracting and demonstrated expertise delivering Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.

This role also serves as a lead delivery and instructor-readiness resource, helping ensure instructors are prepared to provide accurate, consistent, role-based training across virtual and in-person modalities.

• Deliver role-based Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT) to designated trainers, end users, administrators, application coordinators, and other identified roles supporting adoption of the agency's acquisition system platform.
• Lead scenario-based, transaction-based, and hands-on system exercises using sandbox, simulation, training, or other production-like environments and representative data to demonstrate end-to-end workflows.
• Integrate Federal acquisition business processes with system instruction so learners understand system transactions, decision points, approvals, downstream impacts, and when and why specific actions are required across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Deliver advanced technical training, as assigned, covering system configuration, permissions, troubleshooting, system administration, maintenance, reporting functions, and support/escalation procedures.
• Lead instructor-readiness activities and complete structured knowledge transfer with implementation-team members, business analysts, application coordinators, system SMEs, and acquisition SMEs before live delivery begins.
• Develop and maintain familiarity with acquisition-system workflows, role-based transactions, system configuration, test-script scenarios, reporting functions, system releases, configuration changes, and common learner questions.
• Use approved instructor guides, participant guides, demonstrations, job aids, dynamic training guides, and other course materials while reinforcing consistent system processes, business practices, facilitation methods, and instructional standards.
• Identify recurring learner questions, content or exercise issues, and system challenges; coordinate with project leadership, instructional designers, business analysts, and SMEs to resolve issues and improve training materials and delivery.
• Support course rehearsals, release-readiness activities, office hours, refresher/remedial training, post-training reinforcement, targeted learner support, and deployment-stabilization activities following launch.
• Model effective interactive virtual and classroom facilitation and ensure delivery follows approved curriculum, accessibility practices, security and privacy requirements, and applicable training procedures.

• Deliver comprehensive Train-the-Trainer (TTT) instruction to designated On-Site Trainers.
• Prepare trainers to independently and consistently deliver approved system training to end users.
• Facilitate instructor teach-back exercises and provide constructive coaching and feedback.
